KinderGems (2-5 years)

Diamond Gymnastics runs a KinderGems program based on Gymnastics Victoria's Kinder Gym curriculum. Offering children a launchpad into fundamental movement; ensuring they can experience a wide range of movement activities and be encouraged to think, create, construct and solve problems with their own bodies. While developing co-ordination and self-esteem the KinderGems program assists in your child's physical, social and cognitive development. KinderGems provides a safe environment for children to develop physical skills in a fun and playful way, at their own rate.

MiniGems (5-8 years)

Diamond Gymnastics' MiniGems program is based on teaching children the fundamental movement skills they need to lead an active and healthy life full of sport and recreation. Designed to give children the opportunity to practice, develop and enjoy moving through a wide-range of activities, thus assisting in developing physically, socially and cognitively.

PreSqaud 4years + (By Invite only)

Diamond Gymnastics' PreSquad program is the beginning level of our competitive gymnastics program. PreSquad is a stepping stone between recreational classes and our competitive team. Gymnasts will grow in the sport by learning skills based on a progressive curriculum. PreSquad allows gymnasts to compete at fun competitions, which are designed to introduce gymnasts and parents to competitive gymnastics. Pre Squad gymnasts will be scored on simplified routines and receive ribbons/certificates based on their own performance.

GemStar

Diamond Gymnastics GemStar program is based upon the GymStar program. It provides recreational gymnastics for everyone, it's all about teaching children the fundamental movement skills they need to lead an active and healthy life full of sport and recreation. GemStar is a fun based approach to gymnastics that requires less training hours and commitment in comparison to squad classes.
GemStar provides the opportunity for participants to compete in a fun environment with the emphasis on execution of skills rather than difficulty. DGC offers optional competitions for GemStar gymnast's where awards are considered secondary with the primary objective to do your best.

Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) (By Invite Only)

Diamond Gymnastics' WAG program is based around a set of 10 levels referred to as the Australian Levels Program (ALP). Women's Artistic Gymnastics is a creative blend of daring and control; powerful yet refined, elegant yet strong. Mastery on the four apparatus requires skills that flip, balance, swing and soar. Women's Artistic Gymnastics at DGC is for women and girls of all ages by invitation.
